Here at Bohemian Woodlands Gallery, Inc. (bwgart.com), we take the utmost pride in our workmanship. Every Giclèe print is scrutinized and every Griffin Box is thoroughly inspected before we ship your order to you.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of workmanship of either the Giclèe prints printed by us or The Griffin Box, we will replace it with the same item.

Contact us and we will supply you an authorization code to ship the product back to us.

Cost of the shipping to bwgart Inc. is paid by the purchaser.

The Griffin Box is guaranteed from defects for the life of the box.

A replacement will be sent to you upon the return of the defected product.

To order replacement Museum Quality glass ($20.00) please contact us.

Giclèe Prints are garanteed for 30 days

Regarding the return of the Giclèe Prints, bwgart.com Inc. is not be responsible for the following:

  • Any prints that fade under abnormal lighting conditions

  • Any prints that have not been treated with our coating or prints that have been embellished by the customer or have been treated with additional coatings by the customer

  • Any prints that have been scratched or abused after they leave our shop

  • Any prints that come in contact with cleaning fluids or other liquid substances

  • Any prints with dust spots or natural blemish characteristics of the canvas or paper or any other irregularities smaller than 1/8" in diameter.

  • Printing Giclèes: Since we do not have the original artwork, color variations in printing Giclèes may occur. Also, monitors vary in color depth and may not represent the artwork's true colors.
