Annual membership is $25.00, includes 3 images to upload.
Once you have joined the Co-op:
You will then fill out a form PER image that gives the title, year created, etc., along with key words to make the image searchable within the website.
Then you will upload your 10 x 12 inches @ 300dpi image. (If you are unsure how to size your images, please contact us.)
Within 3 days you will be notified if your membership has been approved. Once approved, you will be led through documentation that you acknowlege you have read by checking a check boxes that will confirm your artist account.
It's just that simple!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
ALL uploaded works of art are juried prior to being admitted to this web site for approval. You will be contacted via email within 3 days of uploading your images if you have been approved.
If approved the email will have a direct link for you to follow in order to begin your membership. If not approved the email will state so and you will be refunded your money ASAP.
ALL 8x10 Giclèes are printed and distributed by BWGART Inc. The Artist receives 50% of the NET (costs AFTER printing, shipping and handling, contact us for more on this information) sale.
ARTISTS MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT in order to receive payments for artwork sold at BWGART. When a sale of artwork is done through bwgart.com you will receive notification to your email account. At the end of each month we will direct deposit you payment of the percentage of the sale.
BWGART Inc. does NOT pay for submittals or give royalities of ANY type for art submitted on the bwgart.com web site outside of the 50% of the NET sale of an image.
